How to book our Private Resorts?

- In general, we recommend that you first choose a property on our website according to your preferences. We will be happy to assist you in your selection. If you like to make a reservation, you can go ahead and book directly on our website using your credit card. Just click pay with PAYPAL, and choose pay using credit card. After payment has been verified, the date will be reserved.

What is the check-in and check-out schedule?

- Our 22 hours stay check in time is 7PM and check out is 5PM the next day.

Will WiFi be available?

- Yes we have high speed internet in all of our resort.

Are all rooms air conditioned?

- Absolutely! You can use it as much as you like for your whole stay. (Some resort has centralized air condition equipped)

Can I cancel my booking?

- We highly recommend that you reschedule instead. You can only reschedule if your booking is more than 30 days. If it's below 30 days, there will be charges. If it's below 14 days, we can no longer cancel your booking. 

Note: Payments are non-refundable.

Can I reschedule my booking?

- Requests for rescheduling of booking reservation should be 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival.

Are we able to check-in early or check-out late?

- Early check-in and late check-out depends on availability. Requests are accepted but not guaranteed.

How do I make a reservation?

- Management strictly follows the first come, first served policy. Reservations without downpayment are considered pencil bookings and can be replaced by clients who are ready to pay at least 50% of the total resort fee.

Reminder: Full payment should be received 14 days prior to the reservation date.

Can we bring our own food?

- Absolutely! If ever you will be needing anything, we have an in-house convenient store that's ready to serve you.

Are we allowed to cook our own food?

- Absolutely! You can cook your own food at the resort. We provide the use of Stove, pots and pans. (The rest should be self brought)

Reminder: LPG usage have minimal charges.

Are pets allowed?

- Due to Allergen and Sanitation purposes, we will restrict the bringing of dogs or any pets until further notice.

Will there be towels and toiletries available?

- There will be no towels, soap and shampoo in the resort.

What are the kitchen wares  available?

- Refrigerator, Stove, Griller, Water Dispenser, Pot and Pan.

What about parking?

- We have free parking on our premises.

How many cars can fit in the parking area?

- Depends on the resort, you can directly check on the resort page.

What about provisions for safety?

- We have first aid kit, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. The resort also has 24-hour security and CCTV surveillance in public areas.
